Does anyone have or use a written test to test new hires. If so could you post it or email it to me.

Are you hiring a general maintenance electrician or do you need a more specialized position. I have a few 30 to 40 question outlines that cover everything from 5kv power distribution to energy management to PLC that I use when interviewing. I won't be able to send them until Monday as I am not at work and don't have my laptop.
