Does anyone have experience with the 1756-DICAM Module from Digitronic in Germany..

We have a machine at work using a 1756-DICAM Module from Digitronic in Germany. They are an Encompass Partner to rockwell and it is a high speed cammng module. It's purpose it to control firing of a cutting knife as film passes over it's associated encoder.

I was a little concerned when the RSLogix Properties called the module a "1756-Dicam module with BETASoftware". We have problems with timing and firing being repeatable. I'm reading the manual for the first time myself, but was wondering if anyone had had success with this unit. Ours has been less than stellar. And yes, we've had a Rockwell Motion Specialist assisting us for weeks.
