Looks like a normal Piranha to me. Where did you find the punch and die? I don't work in a panel shop anymore but it is a great idea. That way you don't have to have a machine just for punching holes.
It is just for punchin' holes, but I use it to press bearings too.
You can get it and the punches at www.roperwhitney.com or their dealers, which are everywhere. They've been around since the beginning of time, so they're easy to find used.
Piranha is similar, but their only deep throat punch is a monster and 21½" deep. Roper has a foot operated punch at 24" deep.

The problem I always had with the whole door labels is we always seemed to add a button. But they do make a nice looking panel
I haven't made a panel in years that had more than a power switch, light, and touchscreen on the door.
