I really think PHD has a problem here. Everytime we order these switches we find one or two that have failed, right out of the bag. This one failed and was stuck "on" all the time with no LED light. It did not even live 2 full days. Two thumbs down for PHD switches. I think we are going to start looking elsewhere for a replacement switch when we buy PHD cylinders.

We purchased about 50 of these. Out of 50 we had 5 right out of the bag DOA (dead on arrival).
