Does anyone have any advice for someone who is very computer savy, and have been around automation equipment most of my life. I really would like to learn some PLC programming and have no idea where to start. I looked into it at my local community college and tehre was nothing. Are there any decent DVD tutorials or books that I can get? Any advice is appreciated.

Did you download this book yet?

Thanks for the link. Looks to be what I need. Now if I could find a training class or an instruction DVD I would be in great shape.

Phil who runs http://www.plcs.net has made a DVD set. I have never seen it, but I guess the "reviews" and "raves" from several I have seen are pretty good. Might be worth a look.
