Im new, need help , Im using vision systems and i want to track good and bad parts using a micrologix .
the tower lights will indicated ,red bad green is good or better ideal

I have a vision system cognex ,also a have plc micrologix 1200 need to make a program fire a cylinder and tower light when vision detect,

What type of output do you have coming from your vision system when it detects a fault or bad part? Is this the only thing that the MicroLogix 1200 is going to be used for?
