Anybody know where I can get an 6189-fpabagp video driver card or equivlent. AB discontinued this type and can offer no spare due to thier proprietory type connector to the Flat Panel TFT LCD screen. The card goes in the AGP slot of the 6180 computer.
Has anybody else had issues with these 6180 computers? 2 months ago I had to replace the hard drive, good thing I had raid.

Hmmm..... Is it based on a standard PC video chipset? Do you still have the dead one (with proprietary connector intact hopefully)? If you have a really good industrial electronic repair house in town, they'll probably be able to fix it. Unfortunately it will be a slow, tedious, expensive process...
Can you figure out the vendor of the LCD panel? Maybe try calling them..
And umm.. The more I think about it, on something that new, I would have to assume SOMEONE at A-B would be able to help you. Maybe whoever you talked to isn't connected with the right people in the right departments. A-B is a vast bureaucracy, kind of like the federal government, and you can't always assume that the person you talk to knows who you need to get in touch with!
I wonder what comes up on PASSPORT when you type that part number in. Sometimes there's notes you can access, names and phone numbers, explanations of workarounds, etc.
Oh, and if the person you talked to doesn't know what PASSPORT is, you're not talking to the right person :)
