We have a PanelView Plus 1000 connected to a CompactLogix PLC. Finally got everything working after some problems with RSLinx Enterprise. We have several displays for different levels of personnel: operator, maintenance, and adminstrator. Customer has requested the ability to add user accounts (and passwords) from the administrator screen. I have looked at the Help files, and can't seem to find anything about user accounts at runtime. Does anybody know of a way to add/change user accounts at runtime, or is the only option to have them change the application with RSView Studio, create a runtime file and download?

You are correct. The only way to add user accounts is in RSView Studio, with the download to follow.
