I am looking for a system other than RS guardian to backup 92 control logix processors. I have a bid from a company called MDT but was interested in seeing if anyone else had a decent system or could recommend one.

If your system is already connected to an HMI like WW or RSView you can use it to store you information. Gardian is a lot of money for functionality that you may already have.
