Dear All,
we couldn't communicate with Ronan Serial annnunciator X110 from Prosoft communication module MVI56-MCMR on Modbus RTU protocol.
This annunciator has an RS 232 D type communication port on it and is Modbus slave device with slave id -1.
The Modbus communication setting of the slave Port is:
Baud Rate : 9600
Parity : None
Start bit : 1
Data bits : 8
Cable between the MCM and slave is a cross cable with RxD to TxD, TxD to RxD and Com to Com connections.
We have done the changes in our application program as per the MVI manual page 21 to 38. Both the manuals attached for ref.
Still couldn't establish communication between them.
Could anyone help us??
