After connecting to the Basic module with the module in interactive mode, enable "CAPTURE TEXT" in Hyperterminal and the type in "LIST" to the module. The program will be listed and saved to your text file. Then disable "CAPTURE TEXT" mode. Edit the captured file taking all of the unwanted stuff out it.
After connecting to the new module, just send the previously captured text file to the BAsic module and you're done.
Hint: make sure you set up the Basic module (See MODE command) AND Hypterterminal for s/w handshaking.
The module's basic is based on the 8052-BASIC.

FYI
You can also just type LIST and then copy and paste the output to a text file.
One other thing to mention is sometimes when sending with Hyperterminal you will need to add Line Delays and Charecter Delays as some newer PC's send the data to quickly for the Basic module to respond. If I remember correctly these are set up under the ASCII Setup.
