We have application that using Hardy Scale Controller HI-3030 series that connect to four scale of load cell and have remote I/O connection to 1747-SN rio scanner module.How to configure the SLC for connection? Any idea?

Never used the Hardy, but I have used other scales with RIO.
You will need the manual for the scale, it will tell you how to set the Rack Group etc...
Then you configure the SLC like any other RIO. The scale manual will list what data is contained in each word or bit.
Depending on the amount of data transferred back and forth, BTW and BTR instructions (series C or higher processor) may be required.
