Today I received a 1796-SIM 1500 Micrologix Input Simulator to use
with a MicroLogix 1500.
There was no description of how to use it.
I searched the Rockwell site for info but didn't find it.
Maybe it's very simple to use but hardware is not my strongest point.
Can anybody tell me how to connect it? A (simple) drawing would help
a lot.
Maybe someone can tell me where to find the info.

Thanx.

To use the 1796-sim1500 you remove the input Terminal block and replace with sim-1500 the 24vdc (+) & (-) is output from the PLC . I hope this helps if not Go to www.ab.com and Search for it on there home page .
