Hi
We are working on a project where I have to setup ControlNet communications between SLC5/05, PowerMonitor3000 and LSM(1402-LS51), all connected on ControlNet.
Communication of data between SLC & PowerMonitor3000 over ControlNet has been setup. But we are facing problems regarding communicationS from SLC to 1771-ACNR and the LSM module.
Require help on how to setup this communications.
Thanks

No experience with the SLC ControlNet card as a scanner we always used it as a slave with a 1756-cnb as the master. I still would think that RSNetworx would schedule the Data of the 1771-ACNR and the LSM to memory locations in your SLC scanner. Then it is a matter of transferring that data from Scanner Memory to PLC Memory {M register manipulations are coming to mind here}.

The odds are very good that nobody anywhere has ever connected the 1402-LSM line synchronization module via 1747-SCNR and 1771-ACN to an SLC controller. The 1402-LSM dates back to the early PLC-5 days and you almost never replace a PLC-5 with a SLC and a ControlNet scanner. That's just a weird architecture.

Post more details about what you know and what you have already tried.
