Hello all!
Is possible connect severals s7-300 to Wincc using port MPI.
Now I have one, but I need connect another.
I know that is possible with Profibus DP, but I have a S7-300 without port DP.
Thank you

Yes, it is possible, only beware that the MPI ports on the S7-300 CPUs are non-isolated. For this reason the entire MPI network should be less than 50 m, or expanded by means of repeaters.
Also, the bandwidth is not so great due to the low bus speed of 187.5kbps. So dont try to poll a lot of data from many CPUs.

Yes it's called MPI which means Multi Point Interface, the other post is correct it soon runs out of steam at only 187.5KB
If the port isn't used for anything you (depending on CPU) can often switch it to Profibus DP (instead of Profibus MPI).
in step-7 go to hardware canfigure and CPU properties.
Which can go up to 12MB (again depending upon CPU).
It can then be used with appropriate interface hardware very effectively for up to 126 CPU's on a bus.
You can also buy several vendors 3rd party Profibus interface cards instead of the expensive Siemens ones.
Does the PC have a PCI slot? we have a card for under $500 that talks Profibus DP from a PC.
