I have never used a Modicon before and we have one in our shop. When yo power it up all you get is the ready light and the inputs will come on. No outputs. The run, batlow, and mobus lights will not come on. We have no software or anything to communicate with this. I think it may have lost its program or become corrupt. This is the only one we have in house. If it has lost everything was thinking about switching it over to a AB500 that we have mostly. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks

The Modbus light will not be on unless the Modbus serial port is in use. If the RUN light is not on, then the CPU isn't in the RUN mode, and so no program will run. I doubt the program is lost if the battery light is not on.

You should get software and get online with it to troubleshoot further.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunatly they do not want to invest in software for just 1 machine. So we are probably going to convert it over to an AB. We have similar machine that done have these.

I hope you have a printed copy of the program to help with the conversion.
