Can you please tell me which PLC providers have OPC Servers?
Do LS PLCs have OPC servers?
Thanks!
Mark-
Hello,

I do not know if the manufacture has an OPC server but PeakHMI can communicate with LS and has a built-in OPC DA server.

Master-K (LS Industrial Systems (Redundant - Hot Standby)
OPC Data Access Server (DA 2.xx)

Good luck,

Mark

Do you mean Lacroix Sofrell ?
If so, they do have an OPC Server:

Apart from that, the best place to search for available OPC Servers is the OPC Foundation site.

Jesper...

He means LS Industrial Systems (formerly LG).

Not many people know that LG makes PLCs. I don't see any mention on their website of an OPC server, and I checked KepServer, which usually communicates with everything, and I don't see LS or LG mentioned in their list.

All he said was "LS PLC", I just posted to cover the possibility that he meant Lacroix Sofrel.

I did. I have even seen one, but that was in Korea.
I think LG/LS Industrial have next to zero market outside Korea, so maybe it is not so unlikely that the OP actually meant Lacroix Sofrel who seems to make plants or equipment for water treatment.

And neither LG or LS Industrial are mentioned on OPC Foundation.
So I also do not think LG/LS Industrial have an OPC server. Which is odd, since their product portfolio is otherwise quite extensive.
