Hi,
I am trying to load CX One on to my pc running Windows XP It loads so far and then I get the messsage unable to read specific device. I have tried ununstalling but I cant seem to remove the CX Server files to completely start again. Any one know any tips here.

There is a CX-Server removal tool on the CX-One install disc. If I remember correctly there should be a utilities folder or something like that.
Run the removal tool and try re-installing again. A tool like CCleaner (google for free download) also has a good registry cleaner as well as a general cleaner.

Remove using windows removal tool one bit at a time.
Remove the newest of each component first then go backwards for other updates.
Then run Desktop Maestro to clean out the registery.
It works for me.
