I have 12-bit Analog Output (6ES7-332-5HD01-0AB0) module that illustrate the SF indication ON. while the CPU is running in normal condition. However i have replaced the module to another slot but the module still indicating the SF LED.
Could anyone tell me how this Fault should be removed.

SF= mean Error hardware o software
You must find the error!
Check the source power of module.
In the last on Simatic manager press Contr+D for Diagnostic on line.
