Hi, first post! ;)

Intermittent problem with a CJ1M plc that has up to now been running OK.

After a minute or so one of the SRM21 modules goes into fault ERC light on.

Log is 'communication stopped due to communications error 0375 / 8104'.

Any idea if the numbers will help locate the fault or where I can download a reference manual?

Regards,

John.

Thanks , I've found a real manual made of paper, lots of paper! thumbsupsmileyanim.gif

I think I am right in saying that memory location D20205 should hold the node and module type when it goes into fault.

Replacing the SRM21 was the first thing I did, Power supply and cabling looks fine.

It is running again atm and has been for an hour or so, just have to wait for it to fault again!

Sorted!

D20205 was loaded with 32772 which means O/P module(32768)+4.

It was in a small panel which had been bolted right underneath a vibrating sorting bowl, the whole panel was shaking and this must have killed it.

I've moved the panel and replaced the SRT-2 ROC-16 O/P Module, another days money well earnt I think yes.gif
