Does anyoneknow of a simple way to convert a series one jr. program to proficy, versapro, or lm-90. thanx.

Back when the 90-30 was first introduced there was a program that would convert Series One programs to 90-30. I don't remember whether or not it could do S1 Junior programs. However, it wasn't 100%. It was a DOS application, so even if you could find a copy of it, I don't know how well it would run under a current OS.
The Series One Junior didn't have a whole lot of memory. It might be just as easy to do it by hand.
