Well, like the topic title says.... all function blocks included in the CX-One library have these neat pdf files which can be opened from within CX-Programmer... I was just wondering if it is possible to put your own pdf in the same folder as the cxp file or perhaps in a stored disk location and open them through the same way?

Pdl,
I was able to do this by using the exact same name on the PDF file as the CXF file and saving the PDF in the same folder as the CXF! Pretty Cool! nana.gif

You can even point CX to your own function block folder under 'Tools->Options->General->FB library storage folder', so you can make your own FB library, with PDF documentation naughty.gif

Strange, I thought I'd try this but I will have to double check.... still it would be nice if CXP could produce some kind of template file similar to the CX-One library FB but with the user variable input/output names included.
