Hello, I am new at this what am I not doing wrong?
I edited an application, created the mer/runtime, uploaded to HMI. When I go to login at different user levels, I get error (insufficient access) it's like no passwords transferred after editing. Please help

Go back to the basics. First configure your users under the System/Users and Groups/Users Folder of the Project. Then configure the users acces rights in the Runtime Security app in your project. Recreate your mer and download.

I had something similiar to this happen. Turns out the app I was editing in V4 was actually a V3 app. The security between the two is different, don't ask me to explain, it just is. V4 natively produces V4 MER but can be made to produce V3 mer also. When I did that my passwords and such returned magically.
