Hello,
Here is my problem with Citect 6.10 version. I would like to display a symbol when an alarm of a specific category is active. There's a function called "AlarmActive" to check if an alarm is active but it seems it concerns all alarms categories and not only a specific one. I don't see what function could do the job, anyone to help me ?

Hi,
Finally i found a solution by myself. I've used digitals variables wich are activated into the ON/OFF action of the alarm categories parameters. Eventually with this booleans i can display a symbol. Maybe there's something more elegant with cicode functions but it didn't see what to use.

Thats the way i would do it, its easy too see whats happening and you have control of it

You could probably use AlarmFirstCatRec to search the alarms to see if there is an alarm in the category you want that is currently active
