I have CJ1 CPU13-ETN
It says I have ETN-21 mode available.
I have .txt files on the memory card in the PLC that I want the client to be able to retrieve, preferably without opening the enclosure.
Option 1) open enclosure, remove CF card, put into PCMCIA adapter, and transfer files to laptop.
I would like to avoid having them open the case regularly, it is a wet location.
Option 2) FTP command to ETN21 mode CPU. (have never used this, dont know how many hours it will take me)
Option 3) buy SPU unit, (expensive, but apparently lots of options)
Option 4) Is it possible to use PLC or touchscreen commands to transfer files onto memory card in NS12? I have version 8.10 and can access files on the touchscreen with an Ethernet cable via NSWeb using Internet Explorer. This would be my preference if file transfer from PLC CF card to NS CF card is possible.
Option 5) have them purchase CX-One or CX-Programmer and connect the normal way.
Other options?
Does CX server or CX Supervisor accomplish this? I seem to recall it used to be included in CX-One, but I do not have it after a full installation of the newest version CX One.
