Guys,

I've recently been given a set of Series Five ASCII/BASIC modules, and I'm required to get the internal program off. I can't find any manuals anywhere, either electronic or hard copy. I was wondering if anybody knows what cable is required - is it a standard RS232? - and what software can be used to try and get the program off the module?

you might get lucky and find its close to the Series One module....the manual for that is on the Infolink CD....if you can't locate it I can post it...otherwise
you're probably out of luck....no longer supported by GE, so you won't get any answers there. I'm supporting two Series 6's and I have several Ascii/Basic
modules. Can't locate a manual for them either. Good Luck

update.....try AutomationWarehouse.com they might have a manual available. I found the series 6 one there.
