As far as I know, its not available for download. If you can locate a VersaPro CD, it's there.

to add to the previous response, it's not available for download because it isn't free, not just because it's ancient

most distributors should be able to get you a free copy.....if you don't buy anything and just want to get it for free you're probably out of luck
