What is the purpose of DIP SW2-3? Block or Discrete transfer. In my I/O configuration for this card I only see voltage input selections, not 4 to 20mA or 0 to 20mA. Is it because of this switch setting. I thought all analog was block transfer and bit level was discrete.

See link below for the manual. Chapter 1 pg.1.3 and 1.4 will give you info on the Discrete vs. Block Transfer.

Voltage vs current inputs are determined by which terminal you connect the input to. (See manual)
