Pls tell me know the part number of CX-ONE V3.0 (CXONE-AL01C-EV3-UP) is a full package or upgrade package only?

UP = upgrade

Yes, I know UP=upgrade but I am not sure the package is a full source or not because we have a trouble with CX-Programmer part number.
So far, my company ordered CXONE-AL01C-E-UPSP, CXONE-AL01C-EV2-UP, CXONE-AL01C-EV2-UPSP are full packages.

The later letters to the version (V2, V3) they indicate that it is an upgrade for sale to registered users of previous versions.
xxxSP is upgrades for "Special Promotion".
The price should be inferior to that of a license for a new user.
