Please see the application example from omron and explain to me how auto ,manual works out and how can I find the related bits. Thanks .I have tried to include attachment but it tells me that I am not allowed with (onw) extension I try again it might work out sorry

Hi Mike,

It looks like these buttons show only the string function based on internal strings.

with this string copy function you have 1 field, left upper side that shows string 0. By pressing any of the 4 touchswitched the respective text will show in the left upper filed.

You see that there are no PLC addresses being filled in in the numeral table. If here are addrsses filled in he will get the string displayed in this register. There is no action except for displaying strings in the buttons.

If you want it to have some action towards the PLC you have to change the settings of the touchswitch.
