Unfortunately it isn't possible... Compactlogix platform hasn't this option... sad.gif

Only way is to use a ControlLogix Gateway: you need to get a small chassis, a power supply, a 1756-ENBT and a 1756-DHRIO; cpu isn't needed wow.gif

So, assuming that you have an ethernet/IP option in your CompactLogix, connecting it to the-ENBT you may "see" all what is in DH+ thru the bridge....not so cheaper but possible !

Hope this helps...

The full-size ControlLogix is the platform of choice for connection and integration with legacy PLC-5 systems. There is no DH+ module for CompactLogix and no plans to build one.

CompactLogix does have DF1 protcol on the serial port, so connection to a 1770-KF2, 1785-KE, or DataLink/EquusTek DL3500 is the simplest way to get the CompactLogix to communicate with a PLC-5 on DH+.

Using a ControlLogix network bridge, of course, is also a simple if not inexpensive method. Your choice depends on the rest of your installed equipment.
