New install of a Eurotherm 2408. OP1 = PID heat and OP2 = PID cooling. Heat is rely output and cooling is done with 4 to 20mA to heat exchanger control valve. Heat cycle works fine but have lost OP2 for cooling. When the PV gets above SP the OP2 function does not light. It was working until I ran the auotune function. I suspect that the new controller is defective! What I would like to do is default it to original factory settings, but the OEM book does not reference this ability. Have emailed Eurotherm twice with no response. I realize this is probably not the correct forum for this but there is a PLC5 remote I/O module in the same cabinet!
