hi i have a parralax basic stamp 2 and i am creating an LED matrix like from one of them scrolling signs but mine will only be 5 by 7 LEDs and am asking for any programs from anyone who has done this before so i can get an idea as to how others would tackle the problem when i had a 3 by 3 led matrix set up my programing isnt the greatest so it didnt keep constant on i could notice the flicker would this problem be solved by using a more intense LED to give the illusion that it is still on when it is not?
