I was able to complete my bench test here at home. My goal was to use the ML1100 to communicate with a DVT camera over Ethernet. I was able to do this with a ML1500 and an ENI mod so I figured I could also do it with a ML1100 for a lot less money. Now for the question, what is that routing table doing for me other then it has to be there in my case? The help files do not say much if anything that I found and the knowledge base was not much help either.

Thanks,
Bob O.

P.S. Thanks for the heads up about online editing, I do not normally do it since I mostly work with ML family but it will give me something new to tinker with.

Bob,
I also need to communicate to a DVT camera to get the pass/fail status of the tools I've configured. Can you give me any insight as to how I access the information in the camera...I'm not very familiar with cameras yet.
Thanks.
Nathan
You realize that you revived a post from over 2 years ago? Bob's still very active here so you may be in luck.

Dr. Watson,

I have switched jobs since then and don't work with the cameras any more. I do have a lot of the manuals and power point information I can send you if you like. Send me a pm with you email and I will send you all the information I have.

Hope this helps,
Bob

Yes...I did a Yahoo search and this came up. I checked Bob's profile to see if he was still active and his last activity was on the same day I posted this...that's why I posted.

It is still a good idea to start a new topic instead of resurrecting an old one. I started a new topic for you

I sent Dr. Watson some files but then I couldn’t stop there so I put together some stuff I had sitting around and was able to recreate it.
Since I don’t do cameras any more it was a fun little project.

Bob,
I got called out onsite yesterday, so I just got all the stuff you sent...Thanks a ton! I'll look over everything and may take you up on your offer.
Thanks again!

I'm pretty sure everything should work fine now...I had a little issue with the software v.s. firmware revision combination I was using. Thanks!!!
