I Already read some article Regarding RSView Me *.Mer convertion to *.Apa, I do some Doc. file for my future references NOW! I did used it, though I recover the Screens But nothing in the Tags and Parameter File.
is their a way to recover both Screen and Tags also the parameter files?

Some applications are written without tags by pointing the object directly to a processor address. If you open an object and click on the connections tab, is it empty? Or does it have an address in it that may be pointing to a processor and bypassing the "tag" option.

Yes, It's true that some application does not used Tag Address instead directly used the Tag data base of the PLC, But this is only applicable in RSLogix5000 or CLX Platform, with my application I used PLC 5, And need to have a Tag data base which reside in the PVplus memory.
When I open the Parameter files, there were character appear but not usable, like a Korean letter.

I had recover the Tags, But still not the Paramater files
