Any Help would be great.

Ok here is what I am needing to do.

I am wanting to be able to operate this valve that moves a hydralic cylinders.

I will be using a ML1200 with a 1762-If4 and 1762-OF4 mod.

The Valve is a Vickers Proportional #KBFDG4V-3-2CO7N-PE7-H7-10

I don't know where to start . I can program simple analog for amp reading or speed but I don't know where to start with this valve.

Any help with some code would great.

It would help if you could post some specifications for the valve and what you are trying to accomplish. I tried checking the Eaton web site, but could only find a German version of the manual for the valve. I don't know near enough German for this to do me any good.

This site http://hydraulics.eaton.com/products/pdfs/631.pdf talks about your valve with an EATON/Vickers Amplifier. You might find what you are looking for on the EATON site.
