I installed RS logix 5000 software in my computer. But I got a virus in my computer and lost most of my programs including Rs logix 5000. Now I have been trying to installed it back, but I can't installed the MASTER DISK, i can installed the software but when i try to install the MASTER DISK, It didn't allow me. A mesage appears telling me that the Master Disk has been corrupted. Any body can help me I apreciate your respond..

Does it say it has been corrupted or there is nothing to move?

If it says that it has been corrupted then follow mos89's advice and call your local AB distributor. They will have your software information on file and be able to quickly get you an activation.

If it just says there is nothing to move you can leave your floppy disk in the computer and use it for an activation until you can get a new one.

There is nothing else we can do for you.

Also If there is "nothing to move" you can go online and reset the master disk, so that there is a copy of the key to actually move.
