Hello !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a problem with RSlinx enterprise, this was working right. But the last time, show:

"an internal error has accurred. You must close RSVIEW and the stop RS Linx Enterprise service before continuing.
Failed to find the topology node in the configuration"


I don't know that to do about this sitution

Your best option is to call Rockwell Automation Technical Support when this kind of problem occurs.

Your system is suffering from a corrupted XML file that holds the driver configuration for RSLinx Enterprise.

The steps to reset this configuration are described in Rockwell Automation Knowledgebase Answer ID # 25748.

You will probably have to log in to the RA Knowledgebase and search for that ID#.
