SOMEBODY HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE IN HMI,BECAUSE WE WANT TO CHANGE A DIFERENT DISPLAY THAN AB,ACTUALLY I HAVE A ONE FROM IVC DISPLAYS,AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO RUN A RS VIEW MACHINE WITH WINDOWS CE IN THIS DISPLAY.

RSView Machine Edition will run on Windows 2000 and Windows XPSP2 operating systems, as well as on the Allen-Bradley VersaView CE and PanelView Plus terminals.

It will not run on any other Windows CE-based computer. The Windows CE runtime is tied to the firmware of the terminal.

I WAS READING IN WEB PAGE OF ROCKWELL SODTWARE AND SAYS SOMETHING THAT CAN BE WORK,IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE PV YOIU NEED TO REINSTALL THE OPERATING SYSTEM AND THE SOFTWARE RS VIEW TOO FROM ONE CD OF THEM,SO THE THING IS GONNA WORK?

Why do you want to convert from PanelView Plus to another hardware platform if you are going to keep using RSView ME ?

WHY? BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE LIKE A MAINTENANCE AND ME DONT HAVE TIME FOR LEARN TO PROGRAM THAT,I DONT HAVE TIME FOR DO THAT I JUST WORK IN A NEW PROJECT TO MY FACTORY.

I'm not sure how I could be more clear.

The only Windows CE-based terminals that can run RSView ME projects are PanelView Plus and PanelView Plus CE terminals.

The IVC terminals with Windows CE do not have the proper runtime software installed. This software can only be installed at the factory and cannot be installed from a CD.

If you had a Windows XP terminal, you could install RSView ME runtime and the activation software on it. But not a Windows CE terminal.
