Ive been using RS_Studio ME for my panelview 1000+. All of a sudden I get this message when I open any application. Can anyone help me here.

I have been in discussions with Tech connect, tried the same fix, however it did not work for me, anyone have any additional steps or fixes? I am also going to make a new post on the same issue just to get more eyes on my dilemma
