Just wondering if anybody has any ideas of how to show who acknowledged a particular alarm? When we get an alarm we want the person who is acknowledging the alarm to have to log in first. Management would like to see who acknowledged the alarm along with the time occured/acknowledged. Using the alarm history works fine for everything except the fact that you can't display who acknowledged the alarm, that I know of. Any ideas would be great. Thanks a lot

I have done this kind of work with RSViewSE. But not with RSViewME. In SE I used the VBA component to implement this feature. VBA would not be available in ME so I dont reckon it can be done.
