Full Version: Problems installing RSLadder 500

Hey there, I am trying to install my RSadder 500 but everytime I go to click "set up", I get an error that says "the parameter is incorrect" Whats up????? helpsmilie.gif

Actually I did get RSLadder installed. It's RS Logix that I am having the problem with.
"Product Name: RSLogix 500 English"
"Product Rev: 04.10.01.00"

That's a pretty old version. 5.20 is the minimum supported version for Windows XP

Get a basic tech connect support agreement, its lots less money than a new copy of RSLogix. Then you can download all the latest updates for all of your programming packages. Your AB distributor can help with the contract.

Here's a patch...find a PC with Windows 95, NT or 2000...

A patch won't solve your problem...if you don't want to upgrade your software, then downgrade your OS...Otherwise, Alaric has the best solution.
