When I get new mail in Outlook I hear a sound and a rectangle containing the subject and who it is from pops up the the bottom right hand corner.

When mail arrives that is filtered to goto a specific folder, I hear the sound, but the rectangle does not pop up. How do I make the rectangle pop up showing who the mail is from and the subject on filtered mail?

I assume you are using a rule, to move mail from xxxxxx to a folder. You can edit the rule to display new item alert. See the hand in the snap shot.

I would say that will do it. Just have to wait for mail to see

Works great Ken. Thanks. Now I don't have to switch to Outlook when a message comes in to see who it is from. I will switch all my efforts to my FC problem now.
