I have installed RS View in my laptop but when i try to us it, it is asking me to "Log On to Factory Talk" and I am required to put a username and password. I have created an account so which username and password to enter?

Hi,

During the installation of ME, you have installed Factory Talk and normally specified User Name and Password.

If you don't remember it, launch again the Fatory Talk wizard.
You will be able to reset your account.
