Where can I find my local Omron representative ?
Look at the global site for your country or the nearest.

Where can I find online documentation and manuals ?
All following sites offer a wide range of documentation, but some libraries are more up to date than others.

Is there an official Omron software Knowledge base?
In early 2009 a new European platform, myOMRON has been launched, featuring software technotes, faqs, manuals and downloads. Registration is now open!

Is there an official Omron FAQ?
The global Omron industrial website has a FAQ section that covers all automation products. Visit here.
For Dutch members, there is an excellent FAQ with lots of articles on the Dutch Omron website. Visit here

Where can I find online Omron CAD drawings ?
The website of Omron USA and Omron Canada has a database of 2D and 3D drawings of virtually any Omron part, offering download of several drawing file types.

Where can I download software updates for my Omron software ?
It is recommended to check at your local Omron site or representative where to register for updates. You can only download updates or patches for the particular license you register.

Where can I find information or updates for FINS Gateway ?
FINS Gateway updates or patches can be found here.*note that Sysmac Gateway is soon to be the successor to FINS Gateway. Please contact your distributor for more information or have a look at the Omron ASIA website.

Where can I find free sample software or configuration files ? *

What cable do I need to connect to my Omron device ?
Most Omron PLC's and PT's (mind the mentioned types!) can be programmed by this Universal 9 pin cable.
For all other cables, check this document. For detailed information check the device operation manual.

I have a password protected CPU. How do I retrieve the password ?
CPU passwords are set for a reason. The ways to retrieve CPU passwords are not publicly discussed at MrPLC.com.

Where can I find Omron software licenses or cracks ?
Not at MrPLC.com .
