Do you have any schematic diagram and set-up that i can use to build a personal PLC trainer using Siemens S7-300 hardwares?

What type of things do you want to learn? That would determine which PLC processor and modules would be best for you. If you're looking for a PLC with Profibus communications, check the CPU 315-2DP. If you just want to use the programming software and learn the languages, a lower CPU should be enough. What you need depends on what you want to do...
