Gents,

I am trying to program an off delay in an S7 project. I believe I have the ntework right but it doesn't work. what am I doing wrong?

Attached File  circuit1.txt ( 827bytes ) Number of downloads: 38

I need Q100.0 to stay on for 4 seconds after I51.1 transistions from '1' to '0'. Currently Q100.0 goes to '1' when I51.1 is '1' but it goes to '0' when I51.1 goes to '0'. I cannot get the delay to work...

you don't need a delay but a pulse.. choose the Timer Pulse and put I51.1 off --|/|--

Thanks, but I solved my own problem by using an SF relay instead of the S5 Off Delay timer. This works pervectly and is less cumbersome.
