Gents,
I am trying to program an off delay in an S7 project. I believe I have the ntework right but it doesn't work. what am I doing wrong?
circuit1.txt ( 827bytes )
Number of downloads: 38I need Q100.0 to stay on for 4 seconds after I51.1 transistions from '1' to '0'. Currently Q100.0 goes to '1' when I51.1 is '1' but it goes to '0' when I51.1 goes to '0'. I cannot get the delay to work... -------------------- Longevity does not equal intelligence.

I cannot get the delay to work... you don't need a delay but a pulse.. choose the Timer Pulse and put I51.1 off --|/|-- |

This works pervectly and is less cumbersome. -------------------- Longevity does not equal intelligence.
