the report gives the processor name, type processor, the memory used and left, the data tables used, the words used and left, the checksum and the id#

not the processor name, the processor id. when you run the report, it will tell the processor info, including the processor id#.

can the program id be changed in rslogix? can it be made to match a program name or panl number? if so, could you tell me how? thanks

i have a question about a exsisting instruction in a rung. there is a xic, with the data , and under the element is the name of the processor 1747-L20, how do i insert that (the prossessor name) into a new instruction that i am adding? thanks

i would, but i can not open it at all. the computer sees it, states how large a file it is, how many rungs, instructions and so forth, but it will not open.

no, this really did not help. this program was created over ten years ago, and no one has this file anymore. we need the program off the existing 500. the option to allow future access is checked, but it wont let you save it. it goes back to the user access denied page.

i have a slc500 that i cannot view the ladder. i am communicating with the processor but a page comes up with 'protected user access denied'. i have tried changing the s:1/13 and s:1/14, but as soon as i change them, they go back to 1's. any help is appreciated. thanks
