PLC ethernet setup without CX-ONE? - possible

Hi! I have vpn connection to remote access PLC. Problem is that my PLC has IP 10.10.90.50, but I get IP10.8.100.221 in remote network. I have access via VNC to local PC which has IP 10.10.90.51. Question is - is there any small application, which I can install on the remote PC to set IP routing table in PLC - I want to avoid to CX-ONE installing on remote PLC Maybe there some other way to get access to PLC thanks PAwel
