HELP! failed to communicate Gx Dev. to PLC

Hello i'm new with mitsubishi PLC ..i installed gx developer in my laptop ang tried to communicate it to the plc but everytime i perform coonection test error pop-up.i know there's missing driver that need to install in my laptop but i failed to find it..can any body help me or send me some driver to this email add..julienlooki2014@gmail.com..thank you

The driver is already on your PC. IT is located in your easysocket directory under USBDrivers. Normally: C:\Program Files (x86)\MELSOFT\Easysocket\USBdrivers
